Transmission gone

So I just gotten my 1989 manual Declia L300 . Went to take it out and the transmission blew up . The guy threw the transmission in and didn't bother tightening the back bolt . Now I'm in need of someone that rebuilds transmissions or has one .
If anyone can point me in any direction that be great . I'm on a tight budget seeings I haven't even paid for my Declia loan yet ...

Sounds like a lemon to me, maybe look into just giving it back?
