Anybody running without the front sway bar?

Looks like I might be for a while... one of the supports snapped off on me. But I'm thinking the front sway bar is probably pretty significant.

Interested to hear what your experience is like running w/o a front sway bar?

Fine as in "you won't die if you're a bit careful," or as in "you won't even notice it in the corners"?
Its fine as in you might notice a little bit more roll, depends on what you are use to driving, I drive a coil sprung land rover that doesnt have arbs and had no isuues when I took the one of my l300

I didn't like it, on the road I found the extra roll at the front unsettled the rear axle under heavy cornering. I'd almost call it snap oversteer, but with 2.5tons of mass nothing really happens with a snap. It would be worse with the rear anti-roll bar, which I don't have.

I'd say
"you won't die if you're a bit careful,"

I wouldn't want to have to dodge a moose at 70mph. Lovely for slow off road stuff though, very supple.

That said
it depends on what you are used to driving
...and my other car is a '63 Mini Cooper, so yeah, I perhaps drive my van a bit harder than Mr Mitsubishi intended.

I drive the Delica mostly, but I'm not fond of the amount of body roll it already has.
TBF, judging by the state of the support bushings I'm not sure the torsion bar was doing all that much. But this is the only vehicle I've ever owned where I pretty well adhere to the cornering speed warning signs.

Update,
I've been driving w/o the front sway bar for a little while now, and the increased roll is notable. I don't find it problematic as long as I'm driving smoothly; I don't have to go around curves particularly slower. But if you jerk the wheel to the sides she does seem to wallow notably more, or maybe faster, or both.
