You can either direct wire using the diagram or get and ISO adapter (better in the long run). The adapters are available on line. There are a couple good sources on eBay.uk.

They show up very rarely here or on delica.ca. When they do it is usually in CA. I finally gave up and ordered a new one from Rising Sun.

Not sure how they were originally wired, but you only need a power and ground wire. I replaced the POS stock ones on my van, but they had already been converted to two wires apparently.
