Does anyone have the alignment specs for the Delica dropside truck ,I haven't been able to find it google ing.The front end is heavier duty than the Starwagon - the ball joints are different ,there are no numbered plates on the cam bolts on the control arms -
I was told similar to the 92 mighty max but even looking for those specs has been a dead end

Hmm, I thought all of the Hyundai Porters of that time were 4wd (?). The specs are close to the 4wd van, and they really shouldn't change a lot due to being 2WD vs 4WD. I think those are a good starting point as they are pretty neutral anyway.

Yeah the cam bolts on the control arms don't have numbered increments like the van - mechanic thinks it's done by tie rods and shims

So couldn't find the Porter on the alignment specs on the alignment computer - but went with the other recommendations for a 1992 Mitsubishi Mighty Max 4x4 Pickup - seems to be close to dead nuts - with the exception of layers of under coating paint on everything underneath - all the tie rod threads layered - and on the left side the adjuster nuts were cross threaded and almost had to melted off with an oxygen acetylene torch as the map gas torch couldn't get them to budge - will be ordering new tie rod ends and adjusters!

I know it's been a few years but thanks for this post. I have a Delica camper based on the P25T platform.

I'm doing some suspension work and I am anticipating needing an alignment when it's all completed.

How did your alignment using the 1992 Mighty Max 4x4 specs work out? How was the camber adjusted? It doesn't look like my A arm bolts are adjustable...

Thanks!

The Delica Truck P25T chassis was not marketed outside of Japan, so its wheel alignment specifications can be found only in Japan. The Delica Truck P25T chassis is not like any other Delica chassis, including the Hyundai counterparts, so wheel alignment specifications for those models are not relevant. If anything, the Delica Truck P25T chassis adopted the Montero 8/1993-12/1999 front suspension.
